Running a business as a woman and mom can feel daunting even on good days. After a Link & Layer gathering, I always feel refreshed, inspired, and ready to tackle new opportunities. The connections and friendships forged around the table are icing on the cake!

Joining a Coffee Collab session was so informative and uplifting. No matter your stage in business, Karyn and Jen are welcoming and ready to answer all of your questions, as well as listen to your ideas with no judgment and share their own ideas. I am a complete novice, but I feel a little less afraid to jump knowing I have Karyn and Jen as a resource I can work with.

Owning and running a small business can be all consuming and a bit lonely at times. The Coffee Collabs have been a great way for me to connect with other women traveling a similar path and given me much-needed connection and support for which I'm extremely grateful!

I love how laid back these events are. It doesn’t feel like a networking mixer. It’s not salesy. Just a fun and supportive group of businesswomen bouncing ideas around or discussing work/life balance.
